Many of us assume our financial habits are simply about discipline, knowledge, or willpower. But often our reactions to money run much deeper.
Stress around spending, debt, saving, conflict with a partner, avoidance, shutdown, overworking, or feeling “never safe enough” financially can all be connected to patterns our nervous system learned long ago.
That’s why I’m excited to share an upcoming workshop by Isabel Prystawik, exploring the nervous system side of financial stress through a gentle body-based approach called Cortical Field Re-Education® (CFR).
Rather than focusing on budgeting strategies or trying to “fix” behaviour, this workshop explores how the brain and nervous system may hold onto automatic stress responses around money — and how greater awareness can create more space for choice, calm, and new possibilities.
This is not therapy, exercise, breathwork, or emotional processing. It’s a quiet, exploratory experience designed to help people notice patterns that may be happening automatically beneath the surface.
This workshop may resonate if you:
Sometimes lasting change doesn’t come from trying harder — but from understanding ourselves differently.
The workshop will be online on Wednesday June 24 from 7-8:30pm
Cost: $40
