Housing in Canada has become so expensive that it is no longer an easy decision as to whether to get into the housing market or not.      

In most situations, your net worth will be higher in the end if you buy.  But do you know what you will need to sacrifice to make that work?  Is it worth it?  It's hard to say sometimes.
